Mgzavrebi

Mgzavrebi to listen to which every year more and more listeners come - this is a musical group from Georgia, which today enjoys enormous popularity both among the younger generation and among older people. The official creation of this amazing group dates back to 2006. It was formed in the Georgian city of Tbilisi.
The main feature of the project is that the guys from the Mgzavrebi musical group perform their musical compositions in the style of folk and rock.
Often, songs are dubbed in the national Georgian language, but there are exceptions when the audience can hear Ukrainian-language and Russian-language songs.
Historical features of team formation
Mgzavrebi is a member of a musical project - a talented artist named Gigi Dedalamazishvili, despite the fact that he has an acting education, he actively started writing compositions in 2006.
It was from this moment that the group began its existence as a trio. After a certain period of time, the number of participants in the group increased, and quite a lot. Today, the collective performs from 12 to 20 musicians. It directly depends on what concert they are performing at.
The Georgian group Mgzavrebi has become especially in demand and popular after the release of David Imedashvili's movie "Dream City" (ოცნების ქალაქი). In this motion picture, the audience had the opportunity to hear the guys' soundtrack. If we consider the Georgian groups, then this is considered one of the highest priority.
Over the entire period of the collective's existence, the performers had to sign up for joint cooperation with such legendary artists as Nino Katamadze and many others. It also had an extremely positive impact on the creative activity and development of musicians.
In addition to the aforementioned performers, the project also collaborated with the TNMK group from Ukraine. Together they managed to record the hit song "Qari Qris".
In July 2015, the band gave a concert on the main stage of the Nashestvie music festival.
In 2016, their performance could be seen on the stage of the annual Wild Mint festival held in the summer.
The group gave many concerts, each of which was unambiguously crowned with success, which confirms the number of their fans.
In February 2016, the project was awarded an award from OUR radio "Chartova Dozen". The guys were nominated for "Hacking".
Touching upon the musical genre of the collective, it is worth noting that this is the modern sound of national musical instruments (for example, panduri) and Georgian singing.
This style should not be categorized directly by the performers.
The group believes that the Ukrainian public is the most open and grateful. Perhaps they are lucky with the audience, who knows. In Georgia, they expect something unusual, while in Ukraine the team feels the support of the audience from the very beginning of the performance.
